Living Legends was a community conservation project that was set up in 2011 to celebrate and leave a legacy of New Zealand’s hosting of Rugby World Cup. Bushy Point is one of 17 Living Legends planting areas throughout New Zealand.
Living Legends and Bushy Point
Every year since 2011 the OLG has organised a planting event at Bushy Point. The 2019 family event will be held on Saturday 14 September 2019. For more details (ph Barry 2131500).
At the 2019 event at Bushy Point we will be planting our 30,000th native plant at Bushy Point - be part of this massive effort and come along.
